John Cleaver

John  specialises in small and medium sized owner managed businesses and has a particular strength in management accounts and computerised accounting systems. 

He has a broad spectrum of experience over various industries. For ad hoc accountancy advice, queries on Sage or Quick books John is your man.

Having over 20 years experience he knows the profession like the back of his hand he has the added benefit of knowing exactly what it is like to run a business as he has one of his own! 

Matthew Crabtree BSc

Matt has a strong academic background and is currently training for his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with his first level exams under his belt he is working towards the next phase, so any technical queries you have he is sure to know the answer!.

He has a background with small and medium sized owner managed businesses and currently looks after a number of our privately owned businesses. 

The smooth running of our company secretarial service is also down to Matt, who deals with everything from the legalities of annual reporting including companies house annual returns to share transfers and dividend documentation.

Tina Large

Tina is our Payroll manager and has over 20 years experience within Business and Finance Administration.  She not only has a diploma in Business Management Studies but is also due to take her final level examination in the Assosiation of Accounting Technician qualification in June.

She brings a wealth of experience to the role and has worked across many sectors of industry from small to medium size business through to large blue chip plc's.

In Tina's own words "She is a great listener, with excellent communication skills, she prides herself on her swift response to client queries, offering clear, concise advice". 

Her approach is based on getting to know the clients and their business in order for her to give them timely proactive advice.

In rare moments of spare time she enjoys walks in the local Derbyshire Peaks, reading, gardening and cooking.
